New Travel Blog

I’ve started up a new blog site dedicated to less-opinionated topics, such as travel, etc. Much more bland, but probably much more pleasant in the long run.

First on the menu is a recent trip to Ireland. We hiked about 120 miles in west County Kerry and County Clare, braving volcano ash raining down, sore feet, and sheep.

I came back to comment and thank you for the how-to article with pictures of replacing a Tundra starter, but can no longer find it. I had estimates from $600 to $800, most of it labor due the inaccessiblity of the starter. My son and I, not mechanics but not lost using a wrench, fixed it in 2 and 1/2 hours (plus $69 to fix the starter) using your guide. Thank you again, and I hope you bring it back for others to use..

Thanks for the update on the starter! I’m glad our quirky little guide did the trick.

Sorry that you had trouble finding my other site! That’s at http://www.someguyinnevada.com. I do need to merge the two sites at some point.
